Site Functionality:

What if I don't have a "yourschool.edu" email address?  Go to your school's website and you may get a free lifetime "yourschool.edu" address that will forward all your email to your gmail, hotmail, or company email, etc. email address. 

Why do we do this?  As a security measure so that only people from a top 20 school may register.  Our users privacy and security is very important to us.

What if I have a suggestion for the site?  Feel free to email us with any suggestions you might have for the site, but remember that simplicity usually benefits users the most.

How does a club register?  Clubs may register by first creating an "individual" listing and then using the "business" listing for the club.

Why can't I add a "business" listing?  You may not add a "business" listing unless you first have an "individual" listing.  You may add as many "business" listings as you like, but only one "individual" listing. 

How do I email someone using your site?  We have a feature that allows you to quickly email anyone on the site without copying and pasting their email address to your email client.  It is a great feature!

Business & Media Questions:

Are you currently funded?  Yes, but we are still considering concurrent offers from investors and welcome inquiries.

Why is the site free to some schools?  We offer free registration to different schools and groups for many different reasons.  If you would like to request a free registration offer at your school as part of a special event, you may contact us.  If you are an undergraduate, you may want to inquire about our campus T2N representative program.

How do I get a job working for Top20Network.com?  We recruit for our company using our own system, so a great way to be considered for a position is to register for the site.  You may also send us your resume via email, in text form, to jobs@top20network.com. Make sure the subject line reads "Jobs T2N".  However, if you register for the site and we like what we see, we may contact you requesting more information.  We are always on the lookout for good employees.

What positions are available?  We use your skill set to determine if you are a fit and then we create a position for you.  We have evolving opportunities and if you think you could help, let us know with a cover letter. 

How do I partner with Top20Network.com?  We are very selective in partnerships, however we welcome any inquiries.  Someone from our staff will read every inquiry.  We will contact you if we are interested or need more information.  Please email inquiries to info@top20network.com and please be concise, as we will most likely contact you asking for more specific information.
